In anticipation of the start of Passover, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, will host Kosher Spring Dinner, a pop-up one-night-only buffet dinner on Sunday, March 29 between 5 p.m. through 8 p.m. in the Rouge Room. The lavish dinner will feature a selection of items available on the menu at Fairmont Chicago’s newly opened on-site kosher kitchen, which is under the direct supervision of The Chicago Rabbinical Council. All food is prepared in-house in the CRC certified kitchen.

For Chicago Restaurant Week (Jan 30 - Feb 12), Chez Moi will feature a three-course prix-fixe menu priced at $33 per person (menu below).
